The Spa offers every treatment imaginable.  There's a well-equipped gymnasium; regular dance, yoga & fitness classes; and there's also a plunge pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.	Other features of the Parque da Floresta Spa include the Fun Club and this safe playground area for younger ones; a shop; an outdoor poolside restaurant and there's even a hairdressing salon.
Activities at PDF include the holiday Soccer School, run by FA-Qualified Coaches; bowling greens; scuba diving classes and 4 tennis courts with professional tuition and fun competitions	Just two minutes drive from the house lies the large Main Pool and below it lies this huge shallow paddling area for little ones. It sits right next to the Fun Club and playground area (see above)
